This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of high-quality ophthalmic care across outpatient clinics, ward, diagnostic areas, and theatre settings. You will provide clinical leadership to insourced nursing staff, support service delivery targets, and work closely with ophthalmologists, managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
