The Lifetime Service is a Community Nursing and Psychology Service for Children and young people life limiting, life threatening conditions and those who meet Children’s Continuing Care criteria.

The service is based in Kingswood, South Gloucestershire and currently provides a service across four Integrated care board (ICB) areas, supporting children aged 0-19 and their families in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, B&NES.
This role is for a bank position, enabling new care packages to commence. Bank 6 rates will be considered depending on experience.
The purpose of this role is to undertake clinical shifts working alongside the Lifetime support workers in the child’s home observing their clinical competencies and undertaking annual clinical assessments to provide outstanding care and support to the children and their families who meet Continuing Care Criteria (Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and B&NES). This role includes clinical support to the rota co-ordination team.
The role will require travel across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, visiting service users within their own homes.
Please be aware:
you will need to undertake at least one shift within a three-month rolling period to remain on the bank.
