We have an opportunity for a Patient Advisor to join our bank register. Your primary responsibility will be playing a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service
As Bank Patient Advisor at Sulis Hospital, your mission will be to respond to enquiries over the phone and online providing accurate information about our services.
You’ll need to a confident patient-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data and present it in a timely and professional manner. Experience in a patient-facing environment would be a real advantage.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships are essential to the role.
Bank – As and When Mon -Fri
