Bank Receptionist | Leicester | Bank | Competitive hourly rate
Spire Leicester is looking to recruit a Bank Receptionist to help in covering sickness and annual leave and join a supportive and friendly team. We are looking for someone that is able to cover weekday and weekend shifts on an ad hoc basis
Duties And Responsibilities
In this role you’ll be at the heart of our patient experience, helping create a warm and reassuring atmosphere from the moment someone steps into our award-winning hospital.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming, registering and directing patients, consultants and visitors
- Supporting patient admissions and managing front-of-house queries
- Handling confidential patient information accurately and sensitively
- Liaising with clinical, finance and admin teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Upholding high standards of cleanliness, professionalism and patient care at reception
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A calm, caring and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- Confidence working with computers and handling data
- Previous experience in a similar role
