Banking and Payments Team Leader About the Role We are looking for a Banking and Payments Team Leader to oversee the smooth running of our day-to-day banking and payment activities across the business. This is a key role within our Finance team, where you will lead a high-performing team responsible for direct debits, payment runs, refunds, and bank reconciliations. What You'll Be Doing Payments & Banking Operations Support the management of payment processes including direct debits, credit card receipts, refunds and online payments Oversee weekly BACS payment runs, ensuring accuracy, authorisation and duplicate checks Manage urgent and manual payment requests, ensuring timely processing Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded within the general ledger Reconcile bank accounts on a daily and monthly basis Review, process and manage direct debit mandates and collections Systems & Process Management Support and maintain key banking systems including Bankline, Worldpay, Bottomline, BACS and Equals Assist with the management of SUN profiles, HSMs a

- Experience in banking and payments operations, experience working within a finance team or relevant finance qualification, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, experience supporting or leading a team.
