We’re recruiting confident and reliable bar staff to join us for the final Worcester Warriors fixtures at Sixways Stadium, followed by a calendar of high-energy Summer Series events.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced bar environment, serving large volumes of drinks while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests during matchdays and events.
What You’ll Be Doing

We’re recruiting confident and reliable bar staff to join us for the final Worcester Warriors fixtures at Sixways Stadium, followed by a calendar of high-energy Summer Series events.

- 2nd May – Worcester vs Ealing Trailfinders (3:00pm KO).
The Role
You’ll be working in a fast-paced bar environment, serving large volumes of drinks while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests during matchdays and events.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving beer, wine, spirits, and soft drinks quickly and accurately.
- Providing a friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Handling payments using POS systems.
- Keeping the bar area clean, stocked, and organised.
- Replenishing stock and supporting bar setup and pack down.
- Working as part of a team to keep service running smoothly.
- Aged 18+.
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A positive, team-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event dates.
- Be part of the atmosphere at the final Worcester Warriors games.
