Key Responsibilities
- Drive REFY’s business objectives, meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Engaging with customers to showcase REFY products and provide personalised consultations.
- Building brand awareness and maintaining relationships with existing clientele.
- Supporting retail events and activations during peak seasons.
- Gaining insight into customer service, sales, and brand representation.
- Ensuring replenishment and stock levels are maintained.
- Participate in regular product training and growth opportunities at our HQ
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers and team members
- A passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail environments
- Demonstrated success in achieving individual sales and KPIs
- Up to date with social media trends, with a personal presence and understanding of how social media influences beauty retail.
- Holiday Allowance: 33 days annually.
