The successful candidate will manage and continue to review the benefits offering that supports the delivery of the firm’s people objectives in EMEA.
The role sits within an award-winning HR department and involves acting as first point of contact for benefits queries in the business, liaising with other members of the HR team as required and enhancing/maintaining departmental reputation.

Responsibilities
Benefits
In respect of EME benefits schemes, to act as the first point of contact for enquiries by employees, partners and the HR team about benefit schemes
- To manage the routine administration of the schemes including enrolling new joiners onto schemes, dealing with changes and advising providers of leavers – involving liaising with payroll and updating the HR database
- To conduct benefit inductions with new joiners
- To ensure that benefit information is accurate and available, updating the intranet as necessary
- To produce regular and ad hoc reports regarding scheme expenditure and uptake
- Liaise with HMRC and the Accounts team, as required
- Administration of the firm’s Holiday and Absence Tracker System
- Processing all Benefits Invoices
- Assisting Rewards & Benefits Manager with other general admin tasks
HR for HR
- Co-ordinating HR for HR admin processes in all aspects of the employee lifecycle (joiners, leavers, T&C changes etc)
- Working with HR Admin Team to make sure letters/admin is processed in a timely manner
- Managing the HR for HR ops notes so they are up to date and accurate at all times
- Keeping the HR Director / Assistant HR Director in the loop with progress as appropriate
- Being the absence monitor for the HR department and updating the absence system as required
SRA
- Assisting with the Process the annual practicing certificate renewal
- Manage SRA queries and oversight of partner documentation
Other Duties
- Managing the Wellness Works Programme for EMEA and organising all WW Initiatives with Vendors for The Wellbeing Zone in the London Office
- Assisting HR Director and Assistant HR Director with invoices, expenses and general admin tasks
- Processing all invoice for the HR Advisory Team
- To ensure relevant policies and procedures in the staff handbook reflect reward and benefits and that changes to policies are communicated in a planned way using the most effective medium
- To assist with the preparation and maintenance of annual budgets
- Other duties and participation in HR projects as required
- Producing and / or supporting with more complex reports in the absence of the HR Systems & Data Specialist
- Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Responsibilities
- An interest in corporate employee benefits. Previous experience in this area is desirable but not mandatory
- Strong teamwork skills with high level of customer service orientation
- Able to demonstrate past experience of juggling multiple priorities and projects effectively

- Excellent HR database skills (PeopleSoft experience beneficial)
