Job Description
The UK & Ireland Benefits Consultant reports to the EMEA Head of Benefits, with a day-to-day line to the UK & Ireland Benefits Lead. The role sits within the EMEA Compensation & Benefits team, focused on benefits design strategy, governance, and alignment with regional and global standards. Operating within a highly matrixed environment, the role requires strong accountability, independent judgement, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. The scope of the role includes:
