We are currently looking for a BI Analyst to join RL Equity Release.
As a Data Analyst, you’ll bring a natural curiosity to digging into data and uncovering what really matters. You won’t just pull reports — you’ll turn numbers into meaningful insights and clear commentary that helps your business partners make smarter decisions. You’ll explore new data sources, help connect and build them out, and translate everything into practical, actionable takeaways for the team. Our Business Intelligence Team provides a vital function supporting our internal departments with key business reports and data analysis to support progress and performance against the wider business strategic plans and objectives. In addition to this, our team of Analysts provide integral data and commentary around our external partnerships. Overall, this allows our business to work effectively, efficiently and in an informed, data-led manner.
About the role
- Full use of the MS Office Product Suite – especially high level Excel use
- Ability to build reports in PowerBI
- Ability to write DAX
- Strong analytical foundation

- Interpret data into a clear narrative
- Interpret stakeholder queries into an actionable data-led outcome
- Have confidence in presenting data and the resulting interpretations to stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to generate own ideas and pursue lines of thinking – a self-starter
