This role plays a key part in shaping early customer engagement and strengthening our pipeline of opportunities. Working closely with the Business Development Manager and Pre-Construction teams, you will support the development of compelling, high-quality submissions that reflect our brand, technical capability and commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do
Bid & Proposal Production

What You’ll Do
Bid & Proposal Production
- Produce high-quality, client-focused submissions including Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), capability documents and tender returns.
- Coordinate and manage submission deliverables from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Research, gather and collate information and supporting evidence required for submissions.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date project case studies, including visiting live sites where required to gather insight and produce detailed write-ups.
- Produce supporting documentation such as organisation charts, CVs and standard templates.
- Support the Business Development Manager in producing capability brochures and marketing collateral.
- Maintain and enhance the internal knowledge library, including case studies, templates and standard bid documents.
- Update CRM systems and internal databases with intelligence and bid information.
- Ensure consistent branding and formatting across all documentation.
- Work collaboratively across the business to gather information and ensure cohesive, high-quality submissions.
- Use online tendering portals and planning systems effectively.
- Support preparation of post-tender presentations where required.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties aligned with the Bid Co-Ordinator role to support business needs.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent IT skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience using Adobe InDesign and PDF editing software.
- Experience supporting or coordinating bid processes.
- Ability to create and follow structured processes.
- Methodical, analytical and highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative and effective team player.
- Experience in a similar role is essential; formal qualifications are desirable but not essential.
