A rapidly growing digital healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and deliver high-impact tenders across NHS and public health services.
This organisation operates at the crossroads between clinical expertise, digital innovation and public health delivery, with a mission to expand access to evidence-based preventative healthcare.
This role will play a critical part in securing new NHS and public health contracts, supporting the growth of services that improve long-term health outcomes across communities.
The Role
As Bid Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end bid process for NHS and public health tenders. This is more than coordination - you will be accountable for ensuring every submission is strategically aligned, commercially strong, and technically flawless.
Working closely with clinical, operational, digital and commercial teams, you will translate complex internal capabilities into clear, compelling proposals that resonate with commissioners.
You will also help build and mature the organisation’s bid management capability, developing processes, structure and consistency as the business continues to scale.
