With a growing portfolio of specialist businesses, we support critical infrastructure, environmental services and compliance-led industries across the UK and internationally.
As our group continues to expand through both organic growth and acquisition, we are strengthening our commercial capability. We are now looking for a Bids & Tenders Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality, strategic bids that support growth across the group.
The role
The Bids & Tenders Manager will lead and manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle for complex B2B service opportunities across Celnor Group.
This role will be responsible for developing compelling, compliant and commercially strong proposals that improve win rates and position the group for continued growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, including sales, operations, finance, legal and subject matter experts.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bid professional who enjoys working in a strategic, fast-paced environment with real influence on commercial success.
