Location: We offer Choice-Based Working, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK. You'll also have access to our Konica Minolta and Regus offices nationwide, with occasional travel as the business requires.

Join Us as a Bids, Tenders and Framework Coordinator
As our next Bids, Tenders and Framework Coordinator, you'll play a key role in coordinating and supporting high-quality bid, tender, and framework submissions, ensuring accurate content, effective communication, and optimal use of the organisation's Bids & Tenders systems and software.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Compliant and timely bid submissions – PQQs, RFQs, RFPs, and smaller-scale tenders delivered accurately and on schedule.
2. Upland (Qvidian) content library management – up-to-date, version-controlled, and brand-aligned content available for all stakeholders.
3. Document and proposal management – SharePoint, network drives, and bid library maintained; documents formatted, proofread, and accessible.
4. Framework compliance and MI reporting – framework queries addressed, invoices logged, MI submissions and QBR reports delivered.
5. Stakeholder coordination and communication – internal and external communications facilitated, meetings coordinated, information gathered efficiently.
6. Opportunity tracking and reporting – bid and tender pipelines monitored, progress tracked, and weekly reports produced.
7. Process improvement contributions – proactive suggestions and support for continuous improvement of bid and framework processes.
8. Training and support on systems – colleagues trained and supported in Qvidian usage; software updates communicated.

• Experience in bids/tenders coordination or similar role.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, CRM.
• Experience with CRM systems and document management.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
