Role: National Bids, Tenders and Framework Manager
Location: We offer Choice-Based Working, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK. You'll also have access to Regus offices nationwide, with occasional travel as the business requires.
Package:
£54,500 - £65,300 + 20% bonus and car allowance

Join Us as a National Bids, Tenders and Framework Manager
As our next Bids, Tenders and Framework manager, you will be leading the Bids, Tenders and Framework team, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business
success. You will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers compelling and competitive bids that meet tender, RFQ, and RFP requirements while ensuring compliance for all opportunities both in the Public & Private sectors. In addition you will be responsible for ensuring strong relationships are maintained with Framework organisations, and oversight of the administration of the Frameworks.
Responsibilities will include:
Lead a dynamic Bids & Tenders team to respond to over £35M worth of tenders annually.
Develop and implement strategies, tools, and processes to enhance tender preparation, productivity, and win rates.
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales Managers, Account Managers, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams, to support bid and framework activities.
Act as the primary contact for external framework partners, maintaining and developing strategic and tactical relationships.
Ensure that all Bid Library content is reviewed and updated every 6 months, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.
Monitor and ensure all tender and framework responses are completed in a timely and compliant manner, adhering to internal governance.
Own the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Uplands (Qvidian) Bid Management platform (templates, workflow, permissions, and governance).
Develop and maintain up to date high-quality, searchable content library (answers, case studies, policies, CVs) with version control and review cycles to enable rapid, consistent responses.

Drive user adoption and capability: create guidance, deliver onboarding/training, run quarterly drop-in sessions, and provide day-to-day support to stakeholders and the Bids & Tenders team.
Produce and present management information from Qvidian (pipeline, throughput, cycle time, reuse, and win/loss insights), recommending improvements to increase efficiency, compliance, and win-rate.
Oversee and manage participation in public sector framework agreements, ensuring compliance with Framework contract terms, pricing, and reporting, and ensuring that Konica Minolta maintain strong relationships with Framework organisations
Proactive engagement in relationship management with public sector clients and framework partners to maximise opportunities and ensure the renewal of framework agreements.
Working closely with internal teams to align frameworks with business goals and objectives, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned.

Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Expertise in managing framework agreements, with commercial and financial acumen.
Strong business and industry understanding, particularly in public sector sales.
High-impact verbal and written communication skills, with strong influencing abilities.
Experience of using and developing RFP software solution
