SThree are pleased to announce we’re recruiting for a talented Billing Specialist to join our finance team in our Glasgow office.


In this role, you will support the Billing Manager in coordinating global billing operations, ensuring processes are efficient, effective, and scalable. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day billing activities, proactively resolving operational issues, and engaging with stakeholders to meet SLA targets and uphold our control framework.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing daily billing accurately and within agreed SLAs
  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of billing operations
  • Processing credit note requests within SLAs
  • Investigating billing queries and providing timely, satisfactory resolutions
  • Updating and maintaining master data for client billing requirements
  • Ensuring high standards of accuracy when creating accounts and processing documents
  • Supporting cross‑team documentation processing during periods of leave or absence
  • Updating billing reports as delegated by the Billing Manager


What you'll bring

  • Strong background in customer service or administration
  • Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
  • Speed & accuracy essential, to meet deadlines
