Brand Ambassador – In-Store Sampler (Food & Alcohol) Retail Sampling & Branded Events Team
We're recruiting confident Brand Ambassadors to deliver engaging in-store sampling and branded experiences for leading food and alcohol brands.
A great opportunity to build experience, work flexibly, and boost your income.
Package: £14.34/hour (includes holiday pay) + performance-based incentives
Contract: Zero Hours
Days: Shifts are ad-hoc and occur only between Thursday and Sunday during peak retail hours.
Shifts: 10:30am - 3:30pm or 12 - 5pm
Location: Bicester OX26
Your Mission as a Retail Sampler

- Engage Shoppers - Offer product samples and confidently promote food, drink, and alcohol products
- Drive Sales - Use excellent product knowledge and communication to increase in-store sales
- Representation - Create fun, memorable customer interactions while representing premium brands
- Consistent Pay - Secure rate of £14.34 p/h plus incentive rewards
- Work Schedule - Zero Hours contract - Choose your shifts in advance to fit around your lifestyle
- Full Support - Comprehensive training provided, including a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
- Confident, outgoing communicators
- Reliability, professionalism, and someone comfortable sampling alcohol when required
- Experience in Promotions, Retail, Hospitality, Events, or Customer Service is helpful but not essential
