Global Studios is a fast-growing and exciting part of our business, and we're looking for a Branded Content Coordinator to support the team in delivering standout commercial campaigns across our podcast and digital slate.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career looking for that next step; someone who is highly organised, proactive and keen to build experience in a creative-led environment with a focus on project coordination. You'll play a key support role across the team, helping keep brainstorms, campaigns and communications running smoothly.

You'll work closely with the Head of Branded Content, Global Studios and wider teams across Branded Content, Commercial, Editorial, Production and Talent.

If you're someone who loves keeping things organised, enjoys working with lots of different people, and wants to grow in a creative media environment, this could be a great next step.

A little bit more about Global Studios. Global Studios is the umbrella brand, where all our podcasts exist. Whether they are Global Originals (produced in house at Global), 3rd party shows that Global host and monetises, or our recent acquisitions, The Fellas Studios and Gary Neville's Overlap offering.

Global Studios is already home to some of the UK's leading shows such as The News Agents, The Sports Agents, My Therapist Ghosted Me, Stick To Football, The Fellas, Saving Grace, and many more. At Global Studios, we have huge ambitions to grow this brand, increasing our content and the revenue we generate.

Key Responsibilities

As a Branded Content Coordinator, Global Studios at Global, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day coordination support to the Global Studios Branded Content team
  • Contribute to brainstorming innovative branded content ideas for Global Studios' slate, from audio to video
  • Help organise brainstorms and deliver responses that meet the client's brief while perfectly aligning to the Global Studios brand/channel put forward
  • Keep relevant teams updated on project progress, timelines and key milestones
  • Maintain status trackers, planning documents and campaign admin/results accurately and efficiently
  • Support the setup and coordination of Branded Content projects from ideation through to delivery
  • Assist the Branded Content team, managing timelines, feedback rounds and approval processes across multiple campaigns
  • Liaise with internal departments including Commercial, Editorial, Production, Legal and Compliance to help keep projects moving
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and wider department

What You'll Love About This Role

  • Think Big: Work on exciting projects across Global Studios' growing slate of content, from podcasts and video series.
  • Own It: You'll take responsibility for key coordination and admin that helps the Branded Content team dream it up and make it happen.
  • Keep it Simple: By staying focused, organised, and collaborative, you'll help the Branded Content team deliver standout campaigns across Global Studios' slate.
  • Better Together: You'll enjoy the best of both worlds, feeling like a true part of Global Studios while benefiting from the support and ways of working of the Branded Content team.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you'll have:

  • Become a reliable and organised part of the Branded Content team
  • Built strong working relationships with key internal teams and stakeholders
  • Supported the delivery of multiple campaigns through strong coordination and attention to detail
  • Developed a strong understanding of Global Studios' shows, workflows and ways of working

  • What You'll Need

    • Minimum 1 years' experience in a creative or project management role - ideally within the media, podcast or digital landscape
    • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
    • Confidence managing diaries, meetings, trackers and multiple deadlines
    • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
    • A proactive mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
    • An interest in podcasts, branded content, media or digital campaigns
    • A positive, flexible attitude and eagerness to learn
    • undefined.
