Key Responsibilities
- Providing efficient, courteous, and professional service during breakfast, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
- Assisting in delivering high-quality food and beverage service across all hotel and spa areas, focusing primarily on the Ballroom during breakfast service.
- Setting up and clear tables, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining areas.
- Running a section in the Ballroom, and assist in additional dining areas during Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Lunch, and Dinner services.
- Preparing for events or functions by following Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring all setup procedures are followed with precision.
- Ensuring proper compliance with health and safety standards, dress codes, and service procedures at all times.
- Addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly or escalate as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Undertaking training sessions to refresh and expand your skill set as required.
Essentials
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Have previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality roles is a plus but not essential.
- Have experience handling large volume covers is beneficial.
- Being food safety training is an advantage.
Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

- 30 contracted hours per week
- Shifts: 0600-1200hrs
