We're excited to present an incredible opportunity for
Building Safety Managers to join our dynamic
Building Safety Team in Lancashire. This pivotal role sits at the heart of the new Building Safety framework, where you'll work closely with regulatory bodies, colleagues, and contractors to ensure all building safety tasks, necessary remedial actions, and compliance standards are not only met but thoroughly documented. You'll take charge of registering every building within scope with the Building Safety Regulator and securing valid Building Assurance Certificates. Beyond that, you'll design, lead, and manage a robust Resident Engagement Strategy. Acting as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, you'll ensure our buildings, communal areas, and residents’ homes consistently uphold the highest safety standards. If you are passionate about resident safety, governance, and driving excellence in high-risk residential settings, this is your opportunity to make a lasting difference.
