We’re looking for an experienced Building Services Manager to lead the operational delivery of facilities management across our UK estate. This role is responsible for ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, resilient and fit for purpose, with ownership of service delivery, statutory compliance, physical security and health & safety.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high-quality FM services while supporting compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and SOC 2.

We’re looking for an experienced Building Services Manager to lead the operational delivery of facilities management across our UK estate. This role is responsible for ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, resilient and fit for purpose, with ownership of service delivery, statutory compliance, physical security and health & safety.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high-quality FM services while supporting compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and SOC 2.
- Lead day-to-day facilities management operations across multiple sites
- Own the prioritisation and resolution of reactive maintenance issues, ensuring risks are assessed and mitigated appropriately
- Proven experience in facilities or building services management
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, PPM and contractor management
- Experience managing budgets and FM service contracts
- Working knowledge of ISO standards and audit-driven environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confident decision-maker with a proactive, risk-based approach
