- Salary: £47,000 per annum, plus £5,800 car allowance
As a Property Services Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our homes safe, secure and well-maintained so residents can continue living independently. Managing a portfolio of properties, you’ll balance inspections, compliance and repairs delivery to ensure our homes meet the highest standards
.
What will you be doin
- g?Deliver high-quality responsive repairs across a defined region, ensuring compliance with health and safety standard
- s.Carry out site visits, pre- and post-inspections, and quality checks to ensure works meet required standard
- s.Manage contractors to deliver repairs, void works, adaptations, and minor planned works effectivel
- y.Oversee complex repairs, variations, and orders, ensuring cost control and timely deliver
- y.Monitor and manage WIP levels, ensuring performance targets and service levels are achieve
- d.Identify and resolve damp, mould and condensation (DMC) issues in line with regulatory requirement
- s.Support resolution of complaints, ensuring learning drives service improvemen
- t.Provide technical support for incidents including fires and Serious Untoward Incidents (SUIs
- ).Ensure compliance with Building Safety Regulations, fire safety standards and HHSR
- S.Work collaboratively with residents, contractors and housing colleagues to maintain safe, high-quality home
