As a Building Surveyor - Cladding at Hyde, you will play a vital role in delivering large-scale fire safety (external wall) projects across our housing portfolio. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are well-planned, delivered to the highest compliance standards, and completed on time and within budget. Working with contractors, consultants, colleagues, and residents, you’ll help to ensure our homes remain safe while supporting funding applications for essential fire safety improvements.
Key Duties
- Manage the delivery of major fire safety projects from inception through to completion.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance, addressing risks or deviations promptly.

As a Building Surveyor - Cladding we’re seeking someone who can bring:
- Proven experience in carrying out building surveys or managing remedial works linked to Fire Safety or External Wall Systems (EWS).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive mindset and passion for improving building and fire safety standards.
- The ability to oversee contractors, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
