JOB DESCRIPTION

Hours of work: 26.25 per week.
Working pattern: Part-time, term-time only (working for 40 weeks per year plus 6 weeks annual leave).
As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.

Pevensey & Westham CE School have an opportunity for someone who has excellent communication skills and a passion for working in education, to join our friendly admin team.

You will act as first point of contact with parents, agencies and all visitors to the school.

It is essential that you are presentable and have good interpersonal skills.  We are looking for someone who shares our values and is eager to make a positive contribution to our school community. 

Whether you’re an experienced administrator or looking to take the next step in your career, we welcome your application.

This position will provide general administration support in the school reception; therefore, you will require excellent telephone manner and also have experience of using Microsoft Office and other software packages. 

You will be organized, accurate and able to work on your own initiative.  You will also provide first aid cover.

Working pattern: 26 hours 15 minutes per week (Mon-Fri 9.30-15:15 (with a 30-minute break) 40 weeks per year (term time only+1 week non-term time).
