What You'll Do
- Discover & Define – Work with stakeholders to uncover business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Drive Change – Spot opportunities for process optimisation and recommend innovative improvements.
- Design Solutions – Create detailed analysis documentation, from use cases to process flows, that guide technical teams to success.
- Be the Bridge – Build strong relationships across the business, from end-users to project managers, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Champion Quality – Define and run test strategies, making sure solutions deliver on business value.
- Enable Adoption – Support change management and help stakeholders embrace new systems and processes.
- Stay Ahead – Keep up with industry trends and apply fresh insights to deliver smarter solutions.
- Proven business analysis experience, ideally across complex projects and transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Ability to run engaging workshops, communicate with impact, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of producing high-quality outputs for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
- Exposure to full project lifecycles on multiple projects.
- Professional certifications (ISEB/BCS BA Diploma, IIBA CBAP).
