You’ll turn complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions, collaborating with colleagues across operations, technology and delivery to help us deliver work that genuinely improves outcomes for citizens.

What You’ll Be Doing
- establishing, validating and documenting business requirements with stakeholders, aligned to project objectives
- mapping processes and controls, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting robust, compliant documentation
- collaborating with operational, project and IT teams to analyse problems and design fit‑for‑purpose solutions
- supporting testing activities to ensure solutions meet requirements, including query resolution and defect management
- facilitating workshops and working groups to align requirements, resolve issues and drive decisions
- building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain clarity, momentum and high‑quality deliverables
What we’re looking for
- proven experience as a Business Analyst within public services, with exposure to government contracts or government‑funded programmes
- strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex information into clear documentation and recommendations
- confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technical and supplier groups
- practical knowledge of process modelling techniques (e.g. BPMN) and familiarity with iterative solution options
- ability to manage time effectively and work independently across multiple workstreams when needed
- Current Security Clearance
