Who You Will Work With
Our client is a global financial services firm that manages wealth, navigates complex markets, and designs strategic financial objectives. The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasising long-term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with management to ensure resource transactions comply with policies
- Process transactions on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles in a timely manner
- Support headcount planning by working with HR, recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors to ensure accurate forecasts
- Manage controls and approvals for hiring and onboarding aligned with headcount and labour budgets
- Translate project demand into systems with the project portfolio team while aligning with workforce strategy
- Maintain data accuracy across systems by resolving data issues
- Partner with technology teams to improve processes and efficiency
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years' experience as business analysis, project coordination/management, or procurement
- Exposure to business management practices and recruitment/workforce forecasting
- Strong Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and PowerPoint skills; building dashboard analytics experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities
