Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst for a 6 month contract on a rate of c.£450/Day (Inside IR35). This role is hybrid based.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex project environment
- Experience of gathering business requirements and modelling business processes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Experience of delivering business and system improvements - defining and evaluating options for change and making the selected option for change happen, e.g. via business case development
- Experience using information gathering methods, tools and techniques and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with working in a team and of contributing constructively to the shared outcomes of the team
- Knowledge of ADKAR or other change management approaches
- 5 plus years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience of working within the public sector
- Relevant degree, ISEB, CBAP Business Analyst qualifications.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of ADKAR or other change management approaches
- Working with Geospatial data
- Knowledge of BPMN
