We are looking for a motivated and well‑organised individual to coordinate the delivery of the Business & Intellectual Property Centre (BIPC) offer in King’s Lynn, West and North Norfolk. This role provides vital support for new and existing businesses by helping residents access high‑quality information, advice and learning opportunities.
About The Role
In this role, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the BIPC, ensuring resources and services are accessible, well‑maintained and delivered to a high standard. You will support customers to use specialist business databases and Intellectual Property tools, and you will plan, promote and deliver a varied programme of workshops, events and one‑to‑one sessions.
You will develop strong relationships with local organisations, business mentors and partners, and you will collect and report usage data to help demonstrate the impact of the service. You will also provide updates and training to colleagues within the library team.
About You
You will be an effective communicator, confident working with partners, presenters and members of the public. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. You will be comfortable using digital tools and able to promote events and services to a range of audiences.
You will enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and you will be committed to delivering an inclusive service that supports enterprise and economic growth across the local area. Full training on business information and IP resources will be provided.
