Business Applications Manager / £130,000 + Bonus / Hybrid / London / Salesforce
We are recruiting on behalf of a PE backed global media organisation for a Business Applications Manager to lead and optimise its enterprise-wide application landscape, with core responsibility for Salesforce, Workday, and a range of integrated business-critical systems. This is a senior leadership role managing highly experienced, globally distributed teams and acting as the key bridge between technology and the business in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach global application and development teams across multiple regions
- Own Salesforce, Workday, and associated enterprise platforms and integrations
- Act as senior escalation point for complex application and integration issues
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver clear, business-focused outcomes
- Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Candidate profile
- Proven experience in a Business Applications / Applications Manager role
- Strong background with Salesforce and/or Workday in enterprise environments
Desirable
- Experience with C# / .NET and Azure
- Enterprise integration experience
