Location: Covent Garden, London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Salary: £40,000 OTE

What You’ll Be Doing
• Engaging with senior-level prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualifying leads, uncovering needs, and booking meetings for our clients
• Managing multiple client accounts with professionalism and organisation
• Working closely with internal team members to deliver campaigns and hit targets
• Contributing to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture
Required Experience & Skills
• 1+ year in B2B business development, lead generation, appointment setting or cold calling
• Confident communicator with excellent phone manners
• Strong written communication skills
• Professional experience using phone, email, and LinkedIn for outreach
• Understanding of the marketing services, healthcare or tech sectors
• Strong organisational and account management capability
• Degree-level education (or equivalent)
• Right to work in the UK
• Motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a collaborative team
• Able to provide strong professional references
