Improving CRM information quality by supporting BDM’s in capturing engagement activity, meeting actions and loading pipeline opportunities. Sales analytics & reporting, providing the sales and distribution team with insights into activity and wins, helping to identifying focus hot-spots.Manage and organise corporate hospitality and events.
Shadowing BDM team on broker meetings and large account opportunities to develop key BDM skills such as:
- Developing strategic broker relationships, planning and management to drive desired new business and renewal results.
- Pipeline development and new business execution including understanding Chubb appetite, broker objectives, timescales, target premiums, and proposition differentiators.
Qualifications
- A-Levels or higher (Degree/ACII or progress towards) preferred but not essential.
- Min 2-years experience in underwriting or broking, dealing with brokers or clients.
- Self-motivated, results driven self-starter with a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Track record of working well in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Motivated to continuously learn and develop.
