Overview

We are looking for a results-driven, tenacious individual with a passion for sales to join our expanding Talent Sales team in London.


As the leading legal ranking intelligence company, firms are always happy to speak with us. This is a unique Business Development role as your clients are given to you, ensuring you spend your time pitching and closing leads without having to prospect.


As a member of the Talent Sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business from new and prospective clients, working across multiple Chambers offerings and products.

Each year Chambers Talent gathers survey responses from across the UK and US legal markets, to shine a light on what it is really like to work at top law firms. We explore respondents' views on firm culture, operations, employer brand and their career aspirations, and, distil our findings into Chambers Talent offerings; Chambers Student, Chambers Associate and Leading Teams.


This exciting role is a huge opportunity for the right candidate to really make their mark within a vibrant and fast-growing business environment.


You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As the role requires working across multiple jurisdictions, with multiple stakeholders and frequent deadlines, excellent organisational and time-management skills are a must.


The role offers the flexibility of contributing effectively within a high-performing team environment, whilst holding a full quota for your personal book of business.



Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Generation of new business through video-conferencing; pitch, present and develop relationships
  • Offering multiple product options to prospective new business clients
  • Responsible for expanding the Chambers Student and Associate Guides

    Skills and experience:

    • Previous B2B new business sales experience – closing experience essential
    • Experience selling into HR / Talent / Recruitment teams is desirable
    • Confident in self-generating leads and prospecting and pitching to senior decision makers
    • Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish
    • Knowledge of Legal markets advantageous
