The Opportunities:


We’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Working closely with our BD Manager, Fee Earners, and Marketing team, you will play a central role in supporting the firm’s strategic business development activities and driving meaningful engagement with clients, prospects, and wider networks.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about professional services business development and eager to make a tangible impact within a dynamic and supportive environment.



What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Assist the BD team in building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Support the
  • BD Manager and Fee Earners in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce tailored presentations and proposals for prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide firmwide support to Fee Earners on business development initiatives and opportunities.
  • Attend internal BD meetings and assist with actions and follow‑up.
  • Research, assess, and recommend industry events for attendance; work with Marketing to organise logistics.
  • Attend external business development events as required.
  • Monitor and report on BD activities, progress, and outcomes for Partners.
  • Support accurate record‑keeping within the firm’s CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with solicitors and support staff to enhance and promote service offerings.
  • Develop and deliver internal training to increase firmwide confidence and capability in business development.
  • Work with the Marketing team to run high‑impact business campaigns across social media, the website, and other platforms.
  • Advise on and assist with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, pitch documents, and proposals.
  • Help coordinate internal business development events, including follow‑up actions.

  • Qualifications & Skills:


    • Full UK driving licence.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
    • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
    • A proven track record in business development, ideally within a professional services setting.
    • Proactive and results‑oriented approach.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency with IT systems and social media platforms.
