This role is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond traditional sales and step into a dynamic, client-facing, fast-paced consulting and business development environment. You’ll work closely with international teams, support UK compliance and taxation, manage client relationships, and contribute directly to business growth.

⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and management of UK clients (accounting, VAT, payroll etc)
- Provide clients with clear solutions and compliance guidance
- Manage client relationships, resolve financial queries and ensure seamless service delivery including client satisfaction
- Collaborate with financial expert and teams across the UK, India, and other global offices
- Lead presentations, pitch decks and proposals for the new clients
- Maintain adherence to UK regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Assist in identifying business development opportunities and driving service excellence
⭐ Mandatory Requirements
- Recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CIPFA, or CFP, completed, partially completed, or currently pursuing, or an MBA (Finance), MSc Finance, or equivalent Master’s degree.
- 12 – 24 months of experience in sales or business development in Finance sector
- Experience with international clients or multi-country financial environments is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused, professional mindset
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office and familiarity with accounting tools
