Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bournemouth. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research to understand potential markets, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to develop strategic plans, delivering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets.

  • Experience in business development, B2B sales, and relationship management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Market research, data analysis, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development-related software
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
  • Experience in the construction or data analytics industry is an advantage
