It’s an exciting time to join us, we are expanding our UK presence and are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join our Vision Care team and drive sustainable growth across our Northern Growth Corridor territory. The Opportunity
This is a role where attitude matters as much as experience. You’ll be supported to succeed, but expected to bring focus, resilience, and a strong desire to close business.
You’ll learn how to manage a territory, build a pipeline, and use CRM tools to turn opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Winning new business and growing existing accounts
• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
• Following up consistently and closing opportunities
• Using CRM (Salesforce) to plan, track, and improve your performance
• Developing trusted relationships with customers
• Working with a supportive team to deliver strong commercial results

• Confidence to engage with customers and learn quickly
• A disciplined approach to follow-up and organisation
