The Role

As the Business Development Manager for Public Sector in Scotland, you will drive new business sales in Public Sector and develop tailored sales and engagement plans at account level.


Key responsibilities:


  • Lead the new business development for Public Sector in Scotland
  • Build CxO level relationships with clients, partners, and advisors in the market
  • Develop value-based sales propositions, understand competition /competitive Support clients in defining, developing, and delivering their strategy through all stages of implementation, including developing business cases and roadmaps for transformation.
  • Be able to identify and develop Transformation-led long-term deals with significant set of core services TCS has to offer.
  • Provide thought leadership, advisory support and strategic guidance to executive stakeholders

  • Your Profile


    • Proven ability to engage at C-Level across key Scottish Government
    • Ability to take on and deliver agreed sales targets.
    • Knowledge of selling Digital Services, IT Services and BPO
    • Proven ability to engage at C-Level and develop tailored sales plans at an account level.
