Teconnex UK are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships across the automotive and industrial sectors.
This role will focus on building strong OEM and Tier 1/Tier 2 relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and managing the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification through technical engagement, commercial negotiation, and successful business closure.
The position combines 50% new business development and 50% growth and development of existing key accounts.
