We provide specialist rental equipment solutions to the well test, LNG, pipeline services, drilling, cuttings transportation, maintenance and decommissioning markets.
A newly created and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at our Kintore Headquarters, covering our international regions.
This strategic role will play a key part in developing and executing our commercial growth strategy, expanding our geographic footprint, and strengthening our international market presence across both onshore and offshore sectors.
Location: Aberdeen | International Travel Required
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and pursue new international business opportunities across offshore drilling, subsea developments, onshore infrastructure and the emerging Energy Transition sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, operators and decision-makers across target regions.
- Lead commercial negotiations and secure profitable opportunities aligned to company objectives.
- Develop and execute structured market entry and regional growth strategies.
- Conduct detailed market intelligence, competitor analysis and customer requirement mapping.
- Build, manage and maintain a robust CRM pipeline of qualified opportunities from early engagement through to contract award.
- Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities to support geographic expansion.
- Monitor international market activity, industry trends and competitor positioning to proactively identify growth opportunities.
