Animal Health Business Development Manager - South West UK
South West UK - Up to £55,000 + Uncapped Commission + Bonus
I am working with a fast-scaling, animal health business looking for an experienced veterinary or animal health sales professional to take ownership of a territory and build it from the ground up.
This is a true blank-canvas opportunity — ideal for someone who enjoys strategic territory development, autonomy in their role, and the satisfaction of creating something from scratch.
The role:
- Full ownership of a South West territory within the veterinary industry
- Building partnerships with veterinary practices and key accounts
- Driving growth of an innovative product with a clear USP, through identifying new business
- Delivering product demonstrations and supporting new customers
- Sharing market insights to support ongoing product development
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in veterinary/animal health sales
- Proven ability to grow and develop a territory independently
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-driven approach with a long-term mindset
