Qualifications
- Strong experience delivering successful branded content partnerships, with strong knowledge of sponsorships, partnerships, and media channels.
- Proven leadership ability, with experience managing and motivating teams while overseeing complex projects and operations.
- Strong client-facing experience, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Creative and strategic mindset, able to develop innovative responses to briefs, negotiate competitive rates, and exceed client expectations.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Commercial and operational awareness, including experience managing budgets, financial processes, and supplier negotiations.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach, with curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong industry relationships.
