Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE (Year 1): £50,000 – £60,000
Top Performers: £80,000+

As our US events continue to expand, we are growing our Bristol-based team to support the American market.
About The Role
This is a Business Expansion Associate role focused on the USA market, based in our Bristol office and aligned with US business hours. Relocation opportunities to our global offices will be available after coming in and establishing yourself.
You will support the growth of our American exhibitions by identifying, engaging, and qualifying US-based businesses and decision-makers. The role offers structured training, clear targets, and long-term progression opportunities within international events and commercial teams.
No previous experience in events or sales is required - full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify suitable US-based exhibitors, sponsors, and partners
- Contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn during US business hours
- Introduce companies to our international exhibitions and opportunities
- Qualify leads and build a structured sales pipeline
- Book meetings and pass opportunities to senior commercial team members
- Support wider US-focused sales and marketing initiatives
- Gain exposure to international event planning and commercial strategy
