Power BI Developer
£40,000 - £47,000 + Bonus
Hybrid - Leicester (4x days a week)
If you are passionate about turning complex data into clear, meaningful insight using Power BI, this is a great opportunity to own end to end dashboard development and influence how decisions are made across the business. You will join a growing data function and play a key role in shaping reporting, data models, and self service analytics for a wide range of stakeholders.

The Role
As a Power BI Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain intuitive Power BI reports and dashboards for a variety of business functions.
Your Skills And Experience
To be successful in this Power BI Developer role, you will bring:
- Strong commercial experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Proven experience working with relational data and writing SQL to query and prepare data.
- Solid understanding of ETL principles and experience building or working with ETL pipelines from multiple data sources.
Nice to have:
- Experience with T SQL or similar, and tools such as SSMS or Databricks.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot and Power Query, for working with complex datasets.
- Exposure to SSRS or other enterprise reporting tools.
- An interest in or exposure to Python or R for more advanced analytics.
