To provide the overall Business Management and Financial direction for the school, as a member of the School Leadership Team and in support of the Senior Management Team, Board of Governors and United Learning Group Executive.
Permanent/Part-time: (0.87FTE) 37.5 hours per week. Term Time (36 weeks) plus 3 weeks, plus holiday entitlement.
Start Date: 1st May 2026 (Flexibility beyond May 2026 would be considered)

As Business Manager at St Ives your main responsibilities will be:
To work closely with the Head and Deputy Head Teacher to run the school as efficiently as possible to support the delivery of excellent academic results
To manage the non-teaching operation of the school to include Finance, HR, IT, Health & Safety, Compliance, GDPR and Operations
To work with United Learning Head Office on all group related matters
To ensure all areas of work are compliant with United Learning policy and ISI regulations.
