Our client, a high-profile multi-strategy hedge fund, is seeking to make its first London-based Business Manager hire to support their European fixed income strategy.
As the firm continues its expansion across Europe, this individual will work closely with Portfolio Managers, acting as a strategic partner across business management, PM onboarding, business and performance analytics, and a broad range of commercial and operational initiatives. The role will involve coordinating with global non-investment teams to execute on PM-led mandates and ensure the smooth running of the European fixed income platform.
Serving as the primary point of contact for fixed income investment professionals, the successful candidate will play a critical role in resolving day-to-day challenges, driving efficiencies, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the business. Given this is the first Business Manager hire within the London office, the position offers exceptional visibility, responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape the function as the platform continues to grow.
Candidates should have 5-10 years of buy-side experience within a Business Management / Business Analyst / Strategy / COO business unit type role, coupled with strong exposure to fixed income investment strategies.
The role is projected to initially pay £300-400k TC.
