We are recruiting a full time, permanent Business Officer to provide high quality administrative support to the SEND Access to Resources Team.
The Access to Resources Team sits in the wider Commissioning Team and the service delivers outcomes for children and young people who need access to education placements identified through their EHCP.
Our Business Officer is an important role at the heart of the high-quality service we provide.
You will be part of a highly motivated team, working closely with a range of Education and Social Care professionals, making sure we always deliver the best outcomes for our Children and Young People. The role is a hybrid role with an office base at New Shire Hall.

This role works closely with the Childrens Commissioning Team, providing all administrative activities to support our service as we develop systems, processes and provisions to meet the needs of children, young people and families across Cambridgeshire.
You will provide high-quality administrative support to the team, helping ensure the smooth and effective delivery of services. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge of Childrens Education Services.
In this role, you will be required to work on your own initiative, remaining calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
You will need to use a methodical approach, with clear communication and strong organisational skills, confidently use Microsoft Office packages and work with databases.
You will be liaising with colleagues and professionals by phone, email and face to face and you will need to maintain a high standard of confidentiality and adhere to data protection requirements.
