A2D scope covers product costing, variance analysis, management accounting, and reporting. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust process solutions that enhance data accuracy and business decision-making

We are looking for a S/4 HANA Business Process Architect to join our organisation and play a critical role in the implementation and optimization of the S4/HANA platform, focusing on “Analyze to Decide” (A2D) related processes.

- Responsible to provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in the A2D stream related to Lonza business model archetypes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define process flows, capture user requirements and translate them into best practice S/4HANA solutions.
- Implement global standardized and automated Stream related processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the process flow
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve pre and post-implementation issue s
- Hands on site controlling experience
- SAP end user experience
- Use of JIRA, Confluence, Kneat and/or Signavio (desired not critical)
- Self-starter with the ability to lead and optimize process improvement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills against a backdrop of ambiguit y
- Able to set priorities and escalate on a timely basis
