Our Business Services team is seeking a Accountant (Business Services Adviser). This role will be instrumental in support the provision of accounting and business advice services, developing the necessary professional competencies through formal and on-the-job training. You will work flexibly to meet deadlines and uphold high service levels whilst maintaining fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity in everything that you do.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting comprehensive sets of accounts along with detailed working papers for review by your manager.
- Meeting designated deadlines for all accounting tasks.
- Efficiently managing your workload and client expectations, leveraging your expertise to enhance the team's performance.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Possessing either partial or full AAT, ACCA, or ACA qualifications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating within a team environment.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Dedication to enhancing professional and technical expertise.
- Eagerness to cultivate a diverse set of IT skills to enhance performance.
- Enthusiasm for engaging in formal training opportunities, including on-the-job learning experiences.
