We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated Business Support Administrator to join our Business Support MASH Team, it is a small team with a busy and varied role, supporting multiple teams within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub.

You will have previous administrative experience as well as delivering excellent customer service to a wide range of internal and external customers.
This is a mixture of office/home working, however initial training will require a set amount of time in the office, working times are 8.30am-5pm Mon-Thur & 8.30am-4.30pm Fri.
It is essential you are a strong team player, flexible to the needs of the team and workloads, alongside:
- An ability to work to deadlines with accuracy
- Possessing skills and abilities to work with ICT systems including Mosaic, SharePoint, MS Office applications and other bespoke systems
- An understanding and ability to follow set policies and processes
- Have a commitment to providing good customer service
- Have excellent organisational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills
